    2. To carry out the joint digitization studies<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. To draw up and carry out the digitization plan for the materials available in the archive.<\/li>\n
    4. To ensure conservation of the archival materials and rare books.<\/li>\n
    5. To record each new material added to the collection.<\/li>\n
    6. To take the inventory at regular intervals, and the report the same.<\/li>\n
    7. To accept any member to the membership system in accordance with the rules, and to perform the unsubscribing processes.<\/li>\n
    8. To ensure that the collections are utilized on-site and remote basis.<\/li>\n
    9. To answer any and all kinds of user questions.<\/li>\n
    10. To ensure, together with IT officials, that Koha, which is the library automation system, and PaperArc, which is the archive system, work smoothly.<\/li>\n
