Bureaucrat, Public Administrator, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism. He was born in 1966 in Kirsehir. He graduated from the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University in 1987.
Starting his career at the Prime Ministry Family Research Institution in 1999, Nadir Alpaslan served as Counselor to the Minister and the Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs Administrative at the Ministry of Tourism for four years.
Continuing his career as Deputy Undersecretary and Counselor to the Minister at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism from 2003 to 2007, Nadir Alpaslan was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency after Abdullah Gul was elected as the President in 2007.
He continued to serve as the Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency when Recep Tayyip Erdogan was elected as the President in 2014, and was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism on July 21, 2018.
