To prepare, implement and assess the training plans and programs for the purpose of enhancing the professional and administrative capacity of the personnel, and to report the results thereof.
To coordinate the works for determination of the fundamental ethical principles and codes of conduct to be observed by the manager and personnel of the Foundation.
To plan and manage the annual and casual leaves of the personnel.
To manage the processes for occupational safety and mandatory health checks.
To manage the processes for measurement and assessment of the performance of the personnel, and to report the results thereof.
To determine the methods and standards for preparation and updating of the unit directives.
To determine the methods and procedures for identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the risks, and to monitor and coordinate implementation thereof.
