Administrative – Financial Affairs

  1. To prepare the strategic plan, which includes the 5-year goals and objectives as well as the performance indicators, of the Foundation, and to submit the same to the Executive Board.
  2. To estimate and report the costs, income and profits of the activities of the Foundation as scheduled.
  3. To prepare the budget proposal of the Foundation, and submit the same to the Executive Board.
  4. To implement the budget, as approved by the Board of Trustees, and to perform transfers between the units and items, and to keep the budget records.
  5. To create the annual expenditure plans together with the Foundation units, and to harmonize the income and expenses in terms of time.
  6. To control the warranties, contracts and financial transactions of the foundation units, and to ensure the compliance with the goals and objectives of the Foundation as well as with the budget and regulations.
  7. To accrue and collect the incomes, and to pay the expenses to the beneficiaries.
  8. To keep the accounting records of any and all kinds of incomes, expenses, assets and liabilities of the Foundation, and to prepare, analyze and report the financial statements.
  9. To prepare the annual report of the Foundation, and to submit the same to the Executive Board.
  10. To determine the job analyzes, which will be performed by the units, and the procedures for determination of the personnel needs in terms of title, qualification and number.
  11. To determine the human resources needs of the Foundation, and to manage the processes for election, assessment and recruitment of any personnel to be employed.
  12. To prepare, implement and assess the training plans and programs for the purpose of enhancing the professional and administrative capacity of the personnel, and to report the results thereof.
  13. To coordinate the works for determination of the fundamental ethical principles and codes of conduct to be observed by the manager and personnel of the Foundation.
  14. To plan and manage the annual and casual leaves of the personnel.
  15. To manage the processes for occupational safety and mandatory health checks.
  16. To manage the processes for measurement and assessment of the performance of the personnel, and to report the results thereof.
  17. To determine the methods and standards for preparation and updating of the unit directives.
  18. To determine the methods and procedures for identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the risks, and to monitor and coordinate implementation thereof.
